eleven EP

by Necktie

Because of the name of this project, the release date was always supposed to be 11/11/11. Unfortunately, on 10/29/11 (two weeks before the scheduled release), some jerk broke into my home and stole my laptop. My computer was literally in the middle of the process of backing up the final mix of the project online when it was stolen. It never finished.

So, what you see and hear here is the only remaining copy of the EP - an earlier draft that only still lives because it was emailed to a friend a couple weeks earlier. It doesn't have all the songs, the arrangement is different, the tracks are cut wrong so the length of each is completely different, the audio quality is way lower than the final mix ended up being, etc. etc. Essentially, this is a far inferior version of what you were supposed to get.

So I'm sorry for that. All I can say is that I hope you enjoy what you hear and believe that, even though it isn't a finished product, it still took a lot of effort and care.

If you decide to download the project, give whatever you think it's worth. All proceeds will go to replacing my system and software OR buying a series of blunt objects with which to slap the stupid out of whoever stole my stuff if we find him. Whichever comes first.

Thank you and enjoy.
